Return within 30 days of purchase for any reason
If, within 30 days of your purchase, you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, call our customer care line to receive a "Return Material Authorization" (RMA) number and follow the easy return instructions. We will immediately cancel your membership and recurring billing and refund the entire purchase as soon as the device(s) is received.
Return for replacement
In the unlikely event your GetiSight device should fail within the first year of service when used as instructed and provided the normal care extended to any small electronic device, we will replace the defective device promptly and at no cost to you. Call our customer care line to receive a "Return Material Authorization" (RMA) number and follow the easy return instructions.
NOTICE: Do not return any goods without an RMA number received from one of our customer care agents.
We do not accept any responsibility for products returned without an RMA number and can not assure they can be found, processed, returned to you, or attended to in any manner.
